THE TRAIL BENCHMARK: When designing the all-new Stumpjumper, we set ambitious goals. It had to excel on any kind of off-road trail, for every style of rider. To achieve that, we focused on significant weight reduction without compromising durability, creating a stiff, responsive chassis that remains light and lively, optimizing geometry for improved handling, and designing the best suspension kinematics possible. The result? The new Stumpjumper proves you can have it all.
THE SWEETEST 130MM OF TRAVEL YOU’LL EVER RIDE: We refined the Stumpjumper’s suspension kinematics to deliver outstanding all-around performance in a 130mm package. Countless hours of lab development and field testing produced a mid-travel ripper that devours rugged terrain, handles like a dream, and climbs like it has a motor.
PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY: The S-Sizing geometry of the new Stumpjumper hits the progressive sweet spot. It’s long, low, and slack, with a short offset fork and a steeper seat tube angle. This combination enhances stability, improves cornering, and makes climbing more efficient. Plus, FlipChip adjustability allows you to fine-tune the bike’s fit, ensuring flawless performance on any terrain.
RIDER-FIRST ENGINEERED™: Rider-First Engineered™ frames are designed with size-specific ride characteristics to ensure consistent handling and performance across all frame sizes. Whether you’re a jump-happy rider on an S1 or a downhill enthusiast on an S6, you’ll experience sharp cornering, balanced stiffness, and the lightest possible weight. And by light, we mean really light—just 2,250 grams (S-Works, S3 size, with rear shock).
SWAT™: We introduced the SWAT™ door on the Stumpjumper in 2016, providing internal storage for essentials like pumps and spare tubes, making jersey pockets almost obsolete.
