This cup and bearing set allows standard SRAM and Truvativ cranksets to be used on frames that have 86.5mm wide unthreaded BB shells with 42mm inside diameter.
SRAM, Shimano and FSA offer "press-fit" style bottom brackets. Shimano and FSA label their compatible bottom bracket as "BB86(Road)" and "BB91(MTB)"
